The short version: our apps work on your device, and we do not collect personal data unless a specific app's own policy says otherwise.

Who we are
FFour Apps is a trading name of MDot Holdings Limited. Registered in England and Wales, company number 11052359. Registered office: 124 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. MDot Holdings Limited is the data controller for anything described on this page.
Our apps
We build our apps to work on-device. By default they do not create accounts, do not require you to sign in, and do not send your personal data to us or to anyone else.
Where an app needs to behave differently, for example to sync between your devices, to send crash reports, or to use a third-party service, that app will have its own privacy policy. It will be linked from the app's store listing and from the app's entry on this site, and it takes precedence over this general policy for that app.
Any data an app stores stays on your device, or in your own cloud account if you choose to back it up. Deleting the app removes that data.
This website
This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google and Google receives the technical details of that request, such as your IP address and browser type. Google's privacy policy covers how it handles those requests. Our hosting provider may keep short-lived server logs for security and reliability.
When you contact us
If you email us, we keep your message and address for as long as we need to deal with it. We use them only to reply to you and do not add you to any mailing list.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you are unhappy with how we have handled it. In most cases we will hold nothing, because our apps do not collect it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top. Substantive changes that affect a specific app will also be reflected in that app's own policy.
